Cinemar Board of Directors is currently recruiting new applicants for our board positions.

Cinemar is an active organization which presents film, video, and media opportunities and properties in the Central Coast of California. Our organization is headquartered in Santa Cruz, CA but we have members throughout the world who wish to live, learn, and practice their art here. There are over 500 registered Cinemar members!

Our current activities include the monthly Schmoozfest film and video networking events, an annual "Get Your Short Film Made" Screenwriting competition, and the opportunity to work on the "Get Your Short Film Made" production crew. We also have a developing education and training program., and are developing partnerships with other area organizations.
