It's time for me to find a new place to live. Any leads would be greatly appreciated!
Ideal:
--Santa Cruz Proper, but not downtown
--detached studio, cottage, 1 bed--with own bath and cooking facilities
--Quiet and away from any obvious "chemical" or off-gassing exposures (not near laundry, fireplace smoke, natural gas burn-off, pesticides, tobacco smoke, excessive traffic, factory setting, etc. (I'm VERY sensitive)
--Older structure would be better (Off-gassed already) with no plans for new construction or painting or termite extermination)
--On-site Laundry and parking
--I have a Sec. 8 Housing Voucher from Housing Authority and am on Social Security Disability so Rent is guaranteed.
--Can pay $800 to $1150 depending on size and quality of the unit
Of course, any combination/permutation of my ideal and existing would be
entertained
Have excellent financial and personal references and do not smoke, drink or drug and quiet.
