Request for a volunteer to film the Feb. 21 public meeeting  billed by the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) as a “Scoping Meeting” on the chemical spraying over Santa Cruz County in regard to the Light Brown Apple Moth (LBAM).   The CDFA will be answering questions and speaking to concerns from the community on all the issues surrounding the spraying.

The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 21 at 6pm at the UCSC Inn and Conference Center on Ocean.   CASS (California Alliance to Stop The Spray/ http://cassonline.org ) is also asking anyone who is interested to join the contingent of concerned county residents at this meeting, as a show of force to demonstrate our disapproval of this state/federal infringement on our right to not be sprayed with untested chemicals.
