I started by working as a Production assistant for some of my friends short projects.  From there I joined up with one of my instructors at De Anza College.  Together we produced and shot a short teaser trailer for our feature titled BLUR.  This was a under 5 minute trailer shot on Super 16mm and DV for around $2500.  We used this to bring interest into our feature project. 

While that was simmering we desided to do a silly little short project (started off as another trailer for another feature project) titled ZOMBIE CAFE.  It was fun, and pretty much an experiment gone bad.  With that we decided to continue to focus on BLUR.

John Kim (my instructor and mentor) and Tim O'Niell formed Blur Productions, LLC.  Where I started off as an Associate Producer.   Being one of the orginal members to the team, I was able to organize and bring on some key personnel to our expanding team.  I contributed to bring the production from Mountain View to Santa Cruz in order to take advantage of the talent pool in our great county.  Some of the other area's I was able to contribute to were:

Started out as 2nd AD, after 1st week of production promoted to 1st AD after our other guy was sacked.

 POST PRODUCTION (Oct '06 to Oct '07)

Post Production Supervisor, I was brought back into the fray early '07 to assist in possitive production of the post-production process. 

Assisted Trailer Editor, I was able to edit a trailer for our website which ended up becoming trailer #2 on our website- CHECK IT OUT!  A fun exercise that I would like to do more of.

 Currently, I'm a free agent looking for work and developing a couple projects of my own including a short film currently titled PHOENIX.  I'm looking to direct and produce this project this coming summer of '08.
